Karen will talk you through how to prepare your cat before the appointment, and can suggest speaking to your vet about calming support if that would help. Only what needs to come off is taken off.
A bath and shampoo, time in the warm drying pod, then a trim shaped around your pet's coat and needs. Nail clipping and de-shedding can be included.
No. Karen removes only what is necessary, so a fluffy cat still goes home fluffy, just better maintained.
